What is AdPost Studio?
An AI marketing studio for small shops. Say or type your offer and get ready-to-share posters, moving reels and captions for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and DealzQ in about a minute.
Who runs it?
SG PR INFOTECH LLP, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Which languages are supported?
English, Tamil and Malayalam. You can switch language anytime from the top of the screen.
Is it free to try?
Yes. New shops get 3 free posts and 3 free AI product photos after verifying their phone number or email (once per phone number). After that you buy credits; current prices are on the Plans page.
Do my credits expire?
Free posts and free AI photos given when you verify your phone or email can be used for 90 days. Credits you buy here never expire. Your Settings → Credits screen shows every batch and its expiry date.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit/credit cards, net-banking or wallets — or direct UPI. We never see your card number or UPI PIN.
Money was debited but I didn't get credits. What now?
Wait up to 24 hours — most cases fix themselves. If not, email support@adpost.online with your payment ID or UPI UTR number; we will add the credits or refund the full amount.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if no credits from that purchase were used, and always for failed or duplicate payments. See the Refund Policy for details.
Does it post to Instagram or Facebook automatically?
No. Nothing is published without your confirm tap, and you share to each app yourself. We never post on your behalf.
Will the AI change my prices?
No. The AI only uses prices, discounts and details you entered. It is checked before you publish, and you see everything first.
What is DealzQ?
DealzQ is coming soon. When it launches you will be able to turn an offer into a DealzQ deal from here. Join the waiting list on the DealzQ page.
How are customers counted?
A customer taps "Show this at the shop" on your offer page and gets a short claim code. You mark the code as used at the counter, and it shows in Results.
A customer counts only when they show their claim code at the shop and you mark it used, or when DealzQ records a redemption. Views and claims are shown separately.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely, files are private, we don't sell data and don't use ad trackers. You can download or delete your data from Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account, or email support@adpost.online.
How do I contact support?
Email support@adpost.online. We reply within 48 hours.
