Privacy policy

1. Who we are

AdPost Studio (https://adpost.online) is owned and operated by SG PR INFOTECH LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us").

This policy is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

2. Data we collect

Shop details you give us: shop name, owner name, phone number, email, city, shop category, logo, brand colours and language.

Content you create: voice notes, typed offers, item names and prices, photos you upload, AI-generated photos, posters, reels and captions.

Payment records: plan bought, amount, date, Razorpay order/payment ID and status. Card, UPI PIN, net-banking and wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure page; we never see or store them.

Customer offer pages: when someone opens your offer link we count the visit using a one-way code made from network address and browser. We do not collect their name, phone or address unless they type it into a claim form.

Technical data: device type, browser, error logs and sign-in timestamps, used only to keep the service working and secure.

3. Why we use it

To create your posters and reels, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent fraud and misuse, send service messages (for example payment receipts or festival reminders you turned on), meet legal and tax duties, and improve the product. We process data on the basis of your consent and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act.

4. AI processing

Your voice notes, text and item names are sent to AI service providers only to transcribe, write copy or make product photos for you. They are not used by us to train AI models. AI output is checked against what you entered and nothing is published without your confirm tap.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers who work for us under contract: cloud hosting and database, AI providers, and Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. for payments.

DealzQ, only when you choose to link your account or publish a deal there.

Government or law-enforcement agencies when required by Indian law or a valid court order.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and shown only through time-limited links. No method is 100% secure; if a personal data breach happens we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Account and content data are kept while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law. When you delete your account we erase or anonymise the rest within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. You can download or delete your data from Settings, or write to our Grievance Officer. Withdrawing consent may stop parts of the service from working.

9. Children

The service is meant for shop owners aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect data of children.

10. Grievance Officer

In line with the IT Rules 2011 and the DPDP Act, complaints can be sent to the Grievance Officer, SG PR INFOTECH LLP, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India. Email: support@adpost.online. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; important changes will be shown inside the app.
