1. Agreement

AdPost Studio (https://adpost.online) is owned and operated by SG PR INFOTECH LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using AdPost Studio you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for your account, phone/email access and everything posted from it. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

3. The service

AdPost Studio helps you turn offers into posters, reels and captions, share them on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and DealzQ, and track customer claims. We do not post to any social network on your behalf; you share the content yourself. Third-party platforms have their own terms, which you must follow.

4. Your content and offers

You own the content you upload and the offers you publish. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the truth of your prices, discounts, stock and offer conditions, and for honouring every offer and claim code you publish. Offers must follow the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and the Central Consumer Protection Authority guidelines on misleading advertisements.

You must not publish illegal, false, obscene, hateful or infringing content, or advertise prohibited goods (such as tobacco to minors, prescription drugs without licence, or alcohol where banned).

5. AI-generated content

AI drafts copy and photos only from what you enter, and we check it for prices or claims you did not give. You must still review everything before tapping confirm. AI output may contain mistakes; once you confirm, the published content is your responsibility.

6. Plans, credits and payments

Prices, plan names and credit costs are shown in the app and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) or direct UPI.

Credits are added after the payment is confirmed. Credits have the validity shown at purchase, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expire at the end of that period.

We may change prices for future purchases with notice in the app; credits already bought are not affected.

7. Refunds

Refunds and failed-payment handling are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, creating fake claims, or using it to send spam. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, with notice where reasonable.

9. Intellectual property

The AdPost Studio name, logo, templates and software belong to SG PR INFOTECH LLP. Posters you create may be used freely for your business. The "Made with AdPost Studio" mark on free posters must not be removed by editing.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any number of views, customers or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your content, your offers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Unused credits at deletion are forfeited except as stated in the Refund Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first try to settle disputes by good-faith discussion within 30 days. Failing that, disputes may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, in English. Subject to this, the courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also approach the appropriate Consumer Commission.
